Our stay at Joy by The Sea was nothing short of amazing! The main house was luxurious and had all of the amenities you could ever need. The staff is top notch and do everything they can to make sure your stay is perfect! Cannot recommend them enough!
I cannot recommend this place more! If you are considering staying here, this is your review to book it. Each bungalow is thoughtfully decorated and extremely well maintained. You are steps away from both the beach and a pool. Hassle free parking as each bungalow has a designated spot right out front. Located in the heart of new Smyrna beach but also has a private beach feel. Also, it is dog friendly so my fur baby was able to enjoy it with us! Will definitely be returning for another stay!
We highly recommend the Joy By The Sea Beach House! It is stunning, extremely clean, and the location is fantastic! Beautiful home, pool, hot tub, and is on the beach! We were very impressed! Ryan Petersen, the property manager, was wonderful to work with! He is very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. We look forward to spending another family vacation at this property!
Our family’s July 2024 stay at the Joy By The Sea beach house was simply incredible. It’s such a beautiful property with great attention to detail. You’ll have all the amenities you need for a great vacation & luxuries you never knew you needed. The private pool makes it hard to leave the house for any reason. Kids absolutely love it! We took our toddler (3) who was very comfortable, too. As amazing as the house is, it’s still a very family-friendly property. I’d recommend this property to anyone! Just be ready to fall in love with it & come back year-after-year.
The property was beautiful and the rooms immaculate. Their cleaner Cristina did an amazing job cleaning the place and refreshing all items needed throughout my stay. No lobby this facility so it was nice to encounter a representative so positive and happy on the property. I was there for a wedding this past weekend and I can attest that everyone I spoke with loved their room and especially the ocean views from the main house that the wedding party rented. The villas are literally a 90 second walk to the beach as well. Highly recommend!
The property was beyond what the pictures show. It was perfect. The pool was immaculate as well as the hot tub. Words cannot describe how wonderful it was. The management team were always available if we had any questions. We look forward to our next visit. Rent it. You won’t be disappointed.
We stayed in Villa #1. The place was great, super close to the beach. We were able to catch the sunrise which was absolutely beautiful! Norwoods Treehouse Restaurant was our favorite spot to eat in the area - definitely worth checking out if you stay here. Ryan was a wonderfully accommodating host who made our weekend getaway from Orlando perfect. We will definitely be visiting again very soon!
I can't say enough great things about this place! Big shout out to Ryan and Kristina for making our short stay amazing! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The accommodations were spot on and had everything you would need from kitchen utensils to extra towels and a comfy warm robe. It's a must stay if you are in New Smyrna Beach!
